Request Data Deletion - Infinity Sports
Infinity Sports provides you with control over your personal data. You can request deletion of some or all of your data, with or without deleting your account.
📋 Steps to Request Data Deletion:
- Send an email to firstlinecodes@gmail.com
- Use one of these subject lines:
- "Account Deletion Request" - to delete your entire account and all data
- "Partial Data Deletion Request" - to delete specific data while keeping your account
- Include your account email address in the email body
- If requesting partial deletion, specify which data you want removed (e.g., "Delete my match history" or "Remove my location data")
- We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation
Types of Data Deleted or Kept
✅ Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Account Information: Email address, user ID, authentication credentials
- Profile Data: Player profiles, personal information (email, phone, address), profile images, bio
- Match Data: All matches you created (titles, descriptions, locations, stream URLs)
- Match History: Your saved match history and scoreboards
- Player Statistics: Fan points, ratings, match statistics, achievements
- Leaderboard Data: Your entries in all leaderboards
- Subscription Information: Payment history and subscription status
- Local Device Data: Teams saved on your device, fan point ratings, saved matches
📦 Data That Will Be Retained (Legal/Compliance Requirements):
- Payment Records: Transaction records required for financial compliance (retained for 7 years as required by law)
- Public Content: Live streams that were published to YouTube may remain on YouTube (subject to YouTube's policies and your YouTube account settings)
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data that cannot identify individual users
⏱️ Data Retention Periods:
- Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days
- Active Systems: After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active systems immediately
- Backup Retention: Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes, after which they are automatically deleted
- Payment Records: Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account)
✅ Yes, Infinity Sports provides a way for users to request deletion of some or all of their data without requiring them to delete their account.
You can request deletion of specific data types while keeping your account active. For example, you can request to:
- Delete specific matches or your entire match history
- Remove your player profile while keeping your account
- Delete your location data from matches
- Remove your contact information (email, phone, address) from your profile
- Delete your fan points and ratings
- Remove your leaderboard entries
To request partial data deletion:
Email us at firstlinecodes@gmail.com with the subject line "Partial Data Deletion Request" and clearly specify which data you want removed in the email body.
⚠️ Important Notice:
- Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all your data, match history, and premium features
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion
- For partial data deletion, the removed data cannot be recovered
